Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Health checkup 1. Physical examinees who have not been diagnosed with COPD or other respiratory diseases in outpatient or physical examination centers; 2. Complete lung function and exhaled nitric oxide breath measurement; 3. Not involved in other studies; 4. The subjects themselves and their families sign the informed consent form; Patients with COPD 1. Patients diagnosed with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. There was =1 acute exacerbation history in the previous year; 3. Complete the measurement of lung function and exhaled nitric oxide; 4. Not involved in other studies; 5. The subjects themselves and their families sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 2. COPD patients can't cooperate with lung function and other related examinations; 3. COPD patients in stable stage complicated with other respiratory diseases (such as asthma, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, etc.).
