Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologically confirmed esophageal cancer; 2. Patients with advanced esophageal cancer or recurrence or metastasis after treatment; 3. Esophageal cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant immunotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are unwilling to fullfill 68GA-GSI or 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging; 2. Patient has a history of another malignant tumors.
