Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 ~ 60 years old; 2. It meets the clinical diagnostic criteria for melasma: (1) Light brown to dark brown, well-defined patches on the face, usually symmetrically distributed, without inflammatory manifestations and scales; (2) No obvious symptoms; (3) Female multiple, mainly occurring after puberty; (4) The condition can be seasonal, often summer is heavier than winter; (5) It excludes pigmentation caused by other diseases (such as zygomatic Brown cyanosis nevus, Riehl melanosis, pigmented actinic lichen planus, etc.) 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the treatment consent form, and be able to follow the doctor's advice during the treatment process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Scar constitution and allergic constitution; 3. Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, malignant tumors, infectious diseases, and other serious diseases; 4. Exclude other diseases (such as naevus fuscocyanus zygomaticus, Riel melanosis, pigmented lichen planus, freckles, coffee spots, post-inflammatory pigmentation, nevus of Ota, etc.); 5. Drugs for chloasma were taken orally or locally within 3 months; 6. Use photon or laser to treat chloasma within 6 months; 7. Patients who are taking drugs that may affect the treatment of chloasma (contraceptives, thyroxine, estrogen), photosensitive drugs; 8. Combined with a bacterial and fungal infection, or local skin damage and superficial ulcer; 9. Those who are taking anticoagulant drugs and have coagulation dysfunction; 10. Patients with autoimmune diseases (such as dermatomyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, pemphigus, etc.) and mental disorders.
