Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-60 years;2. Skin problems such as aging and rough facial skin, dark and yellowish complexion, and lack of luster are caused by various reasons, excluding facial skin changes caused by other diseases; 3. The ITA° value of skin brightness detected by dermatoscopy is 11° - 45°; 4.No other treatment for face; 5. No history of skin allergy;6. Be able to understand and cooperate with the requirements, objectives, and methods of this study, participate voluntarily, follow the doctor's advice during the treatment process, and sign the informed consent independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Scar constitution and allergic constitution; 3. Complicated with heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, malignant tumor, infectious disease, and other serious diseases;4. Exclude other diseases (such as naevus fuscocyanus zygomaticus, Riel melanosis, pigmented lichen planus, freckles, coffee spots, post-inflammatory pigmentation, nevus of Ota, etc.); 5. Oral or local use of whitening drugs within 3 months; 6. Use photon or laser whitening within 6 months; 7. Patients who are taking drugs that may affect their complexion (contraceptives, thyroxine, estrogen), photosensitive drugs; 8. Combined with a bacterial and fungal infection, or local skin damage and superficial ulcer; 9. Those who are taking anticoagulant drugs and have coagulation dysfunction; 10. Patients with autoimmune diseases (such as dermatomyositis, systemic lupus erythematosus, pemphigus, etc.) and mental disorders.
