Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The criteria claim that all patients: 1. Must meet the criteria: memory complaints and meets criteria by Jak/Bondi diagnostic criteria (17) in 2014; 2. Are from 50 to 80 years of age, right-handed, and Mandarin-speaking; 3. Have the course of the disease for at least three months; 4. Have a dementia score on the Clinical Dementia Scale (CDR) score = 0.5; 5. Have an ischemia score on Hachinski Ischemic Score (HIS) score = 4; 6. Have at least eight years of education, and could understand and complete the scale correctly; 7. Have signed informed consent; 8. Have no contraindications for MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they met any of the following criteria: 1. In a treatment course that may interfere with cognitive function; 2. Other neurological disorders that may cause cognitive impairment (except for potential early Alzheimer's disease) include vascular dementia, Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, brain trauma leading to neurological impairment, and other brain structural abnormalities. Other systemic disorders that may bring about cognitive decline (anemia, metabolic encephalopathy, Hashimoto encephalopathy, etc.; 3. Brain MRI suggesting infection or other local lesions, multiple embolic infarctions, infarction in vital memory brain areas, or severe white matter lesions (Fazekas score = 3); 4. With tumor, psychiatric history (such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe anxiety (Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) = 29), and major depression (Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) = 24) according to DSM - V diagnostic criteria; 5. With bleeding tendency, hemorrhagic disease, or severe skin infection; 6. Severe drug dependence, smoking, drug, and alcohol abuse; 7. In a pregnant, lactation, or childbearing period; 8. In other clinical investigators within six months; 9. Regular use of probiotics, prebiotics, and antibiotics.
