Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. young and middle-aged patients aged 18-85 who complained of insomnia in the outpatient department of Neurology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. All insomnia patients met the American Classification and diagnostic criteria for mental disorders (DSM-IV), with or without snoring history, and all underwent detailed clinical and neurological examinations; 2. The diagnosis of OSAHS by polysomnography (PSG) is based on the OSAS diagnosis and treatment guidelines (Draft) formulated by the respiratory branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2003, that is, apnea and hypopnea recurred = 30 times during 7h sleep every night, or sleep apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) = 5 times /h; 3. OSAHS was diagnosed for the first time without relevant treatment; 4. No previous history of oronasopharyngeal surgery. Degree judgment: mild AHI: 5-20 times /h; LSaO2(%)85-94; Moderate: 21-40 times /h, lsao2 (%); 80-84 Severe AHI: >40 times /h< 80%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Consciousness disorder; 2. Severe cognitive, speech, and hearing impairment;3. With chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cardiogenic pulmonary disease; Patients with severe lung diseases such as bronchial asthma and interstitial lung disease; 4. previous history of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, brain surgery, and autoimmune meningitis; 5. Have a history of alcohol dependence and benzodiazepine dependence; 6. Histories of mental illness, such as depression and anxiety; 7. Unable to understand or complete the tester.
