65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=65; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II–III; 3. Preoperative MMSE score: illiteracy > 17, primary school > 20, junior high school and above > 24; 4. Obtain informed consent of patients and their families;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined history of severe neurological or mental illness; 2. Compound or only neuraxial? blocks, peripheral nerve blocks; 3. Patients with planned postoperative intensive care unit (ICU) admission; 4. Long-term use of drugs such as chlorpromazine that affect cognitive evaluation; 5. Refuse to participate or be unable to communicate.
