Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: If the patients were over 18 years old, diagnosed with diabetes and had no known heart disease, and were willing to participate, the experimental group was eligible for inclusion. Patients with diabetes and confirmed diagnosis of kidney disease were included in the DKD group, and patients with diabetes and had no known kidney disease were included in the DM control group. Healthy individuals without diabetes mellitus and known kidney disease were included in healthy controls.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known heart disease is defined as heart failure; Coronary artery disease (CAD), including prior myocardial infarction, stable angina, prior percutaneous coronary intervention, or coronary artery bypass surgery; Atrial fibrillation or flutter, left bundle branch block, congenital heart disease, pacemaker or implantable cardioverter defibrillator were excluded. In the diabetic kidney disease group and the non-diabetic kidney disease group, uremia patients already undergoing dialysis should be excluded.
