Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed with CHD by clinical auxiliary examination of myocardial markers, electrocardiogram, and clinical symptoms, and all patients met the diagnostic criteria of CHD formulated by the International Society of Cardiology and WHO in 1999; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of overweight and obesity, overweight and obese patients were diagnosed; 3. Aged 18-59, in stable condition; 4. Participants without communication disorders, with normal reading, writing and cognitive abilities, volunteered to participate in this study and cooperate with the follow-up 5. Exclusion criteria
