Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Molar 6 and 7 missing; 2. The gingival thickness is greater than or equal to 3mm; 3. The teeth with the same name on the opposite side were intact without inclination torsion; 4. The proximal and distal space of missing teeth was basically the same as the proximal and distal diameter of the teeth with the same name on the opposite side (within 1mm); 5. No obvious periodontal inflammation or gingival retreat; 6. The implant type used was ITI/BL4.8 x 8 or 4.8 x 10; 7. Adults above 18 years old, healthy, without diabetes and other systemic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor oral hygiene and inability to maintain oral hygiene; 2. Patients with untreated diabetes, hypertension, and other systemic diseases; 3. Patients are heavy smokers or alcoholics; 4. Pregnant women.
