Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The stenosis degree of the left main trunk = 50%; The degree of stenosis of the left anterior descending branch or circumflex branch or right coronary artery = 75%. Those whose stenosis degree is less than the above criteria meet FFR<0.75 at the same time; 2. Adults over 18 years old; 3. Those who can accept this treatment plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)<30%, severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30mmol/min); 2. Pregnant women, puerpera; 3. People who are allergic to levosimendan and are using other positive inotropic drugs; 4. Those who cannot cooperate effectively; 5. The level of high-sensitivity troponin T (HS TNT) before PCI was higher than the normal high value. The reference value of HS TNT in our hospital is 0-14pg/ml.
