18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status?-?; 3. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-25kg/m^2; 4. Patients with PCA after elective surgery undergoing general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who took antiemetics or opioids before surgery; 2. History of peptic ulcer; 3. Patients with emaciation, overweight or obesity; 4. Pregnant; 5. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Patients who refuse to use PCA.
