Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria following the 2005 Petersen criteria: 1. A typical two-layer myocardial structure with a thin non-compacted endocardial layer and a thick compacted epicardial layer; 2. The ratio of non-compacted to compacted myocardium is>2.3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for the study were as follows: 1. With Other diseases causing elevated troponin(pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection, etc.); 2. With other heart diseases(myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, etc.); 3. with severe systemic diseases (malignant tumor, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, and severe infectious disease, etc.); 4. Insufficient imaging quality; 5. Patients lost to follow-up.
