Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparous women with normal vaginal delivery; 2. Over 18 years old, full-term pregnancy, singleton, cephalic previa, and estimated fetal weight less than 4000g; 3. No severe maternal comorbidities or complications during pregnancy and childbirth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women have perineal abnormalities that prevent massage; 2. Abnormal progress of childbirth.
