18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women between the ages of 18 and 70 who are sexually active; 2. All patients with endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer have been confirmed by pathological diagnosis; 3. They do not have other gynecological diseases at the same time, such as Endometrial polyps, endometriosis, cervical cancer, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of vaginal medication or vaginal lavage within 2 weeks; 2. The oral or intravenous drip of antibiotics within 2 weeks or sexual life history within 72 hours; 3. History of preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. Critical condition is not suitable for gynecological examination.
