Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Rome III diagnostic criteria of functional gastrointestinal disease, abdominal pain occurs at least once a week and lasts for 2 months, and there is no organic disease. 2. Aged between 7-12 years old; 3. Helicobacter pylori infection was confirmed by C13 breath test; 4. Patients voluntarily receive non antibiotic therapy; 5. Not taking antibiotics within one month; 6. Never received Helicobacter pylori eradication treatment before.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with mental diseases or mental disorders have unclear consciousness or do not have normal cognitive ability; 2. Those who cannot strictly follow the doctor's advice, resulting in invalid results; 3. Children who have a history of allergy to microecological agents in the past; 4. There are serious heart, liver and kidney diseases; 5. Other researchers believe that they are not suitable for selection; 6. No other microbial agents have been taken in the past month.
