Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with congenital heart disease and treated with surgery; 2. Congenital heart disease surgery within 1 year; 3. Parents can communicate well; 4. In order to control the influence of confounding factors of age-related growth and development, the children were enrolled at the early school age, namely 3-6 years old; 5. ICF=7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with diseases of other major organs; 2. The parents have suffered major psychological trauma in the past month; 3. People who do not use smartphones or WeChat.
