18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to eighteen years old; 2. At least one of the preoperative risk factors can cause postoperative AKI in the Cleveland scoring system; 3. The patient has signed informed consent and coopreated with us to complete blood collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AKI has occurred before the operation;2. The patient has a psychiatric history or no civil capacity;3. The patient has immune diseases, cerebrovascular accident, chronic infection, tumor, thyroid dysfunction, or use glucocorticoid;4. The patient hasn't signed an informed consent.
