Conditions

Acquired hypogonadism

Interventions

HCG+HMG Gourp:Male patients treated with gonadotropin, including HCG preparation
In the HCG+HMG combined treatment period, HCG (2000u IM, 2-3 times a week) was given at the beginning of the method, and HMG(75-150u IM, 3 times a week) was added 3 months later according to the level
Gonadotropin Gourp:For both men and women, the same method can be used to pump subcutaneously at an interval of 90min with a single pulse initial dose of 5-10ug. If LH and/or FSH peak value =5Iu/L, in
Gonadal hormone group:Male should take testosterone undecanoate 40mg orally 3 days
Women received sequential estrogen progesterone therapy.
Control group:Nothing

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for acquired hypogonadism in all included studies were assessed by SADDLE MRI and gonadal examination and met the following criteria: 1. Patients with hypothalamic disease (pituitary tumor, inflammation, or occupation) or treatment (such as sellar surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy) resulting in HPG axis damage; 2. Age =18 years and =50 years; 3. Complete or partial lack of secondary sexual characteristics, sexual dysfunction; 4. Prepubertal sex hormone levels (lower than normal, i.e., male serum testosterone 300 ng/dL (<9.2nmol/L); Female normal prolactin amenorrhea, or estradiol < 100pmol/L (27.24pg/ml), FSH, LH normal or low; 5. The gonadotropin level is at the normal low limit or decreased.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude other causes of menstrual irregularities related to ovulation disorders (hyperprolactinemia, androgen hyperplasia, and thyroid disease), especially in the absence of other pituitary hormone deficiencies, and exclude these diseases related to ovulation disorders; 2. Patients with primary hypogonadism were excluded, including (hypogonadism or ectopia testis, Klinefelter syndrome, testicular neoplasms, orchitis, acquired atchidism, primary atrophy/testis hypoplasia, congenital atchidism, gonadal hypoplasia, Noonan syndrome, XX male syndrome); 3. Malformation of the reproductive system or congenital gonadal disease; 4. Complicated with severe infection, trauma, acute myocardial infarction, hypotension, and hypoxia; 5. Serious cardiovascular disease, untreated hypertension, and pulmonary insufficiency; 6. Pregnant women and lactation patients were excluded; 7. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 30 days; 8. Unable to participate in completing the intervention follow-up due to other circumstances.
