Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria for acquired hypogonadism in all included studies were assessed by SADDLE MRI and gonadal examination and met the following criteria: 1. Patients with hypothalamic disease (pituitary tumor, inflammation, or occupation) or treatment (such as sellar surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy) resulting in HPG axis damage; 2. Age =18 years and =50 years; 3. Complete or partial lack of secondary sexual characteristics, sexual dysfunction; 4. Prepubertal sex hormone levels (lower than normal, i.e., male serum testosterone 300 ng/dL (<9.2nmol/L); Female normal prolactin amenorrhea, or estradiol < 100pmol/L (27.24pg/ml), FSH, LH normal or low; 5. The gonadotropin level is at the normal low limit or decreased.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude other causes of menstrual irregularities related to ovulation disorders (hyperprolactinemia, androgen hyperplasia, and thyroid disease), especially in the absence of other pituitary hormone deficiencies, and exclude these diseases related to ovulation disorders; 2. Patients with primary hypogonadism were excluded, including (hypogonadism or ectopia testis, Klinefelter syndrome, testicular neoplasms, orchitis, acquired atchidism, primary atrophy/testis hypoplasia, congenital atchidism, gonadal hypoplasia, Noonan syndrome, XX male syndrome); 3. Malformation of the reproductive system or congenital gonadal disease; 4. Complicated with severe infection, trauma, acute myocardial infarction, hypotension, and hypoxia; 5. Serious cardiovascular disease, untreated hypertension, and pulmonary insufficiency; 6. Pregnant women and lactation patients were excluded; 7. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 30 days; 8. Unable to participate in completing the intervention follow-up due to other circumstances.
