Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Exact imaging (CTA, MRA, DSA) evidence confirms the diagnosis of ruptured aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. The patient and the patient's family signed an informed consent form, and long-term follow-up can be followed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic aneurysm; 2. Non-saccular aneurysm; 3. Combined with other diseases such as Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, known intracranial lesions such as cerebrovascular malformation, moyamoya disease history; 4. Patients who refuse to follow up; 5. Participate in other interventional clinical research.
