18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. 18.5 kg/m2 ? BMI <= 35 kg/m2; 3. Patients undergoing cardiac surgery under elective cardiopulmonary bypass; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency; 2. Preoperative serum troponin or myoglobin was higher than normal; 3. Aortic dissection; 4. Ventriculotomy; 5. Resection of ventricular aneurysm; 6. Second heart surgery; 7. Combined with malignant tumors; 8. Non-cardiac surgery performed at the same time; 9. Liver and kidney insufficiency before operation; 10. Pregnant women.
