65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Patients undergoing elective lower limb orthopedic surgery (hip/knee joint, femoral head replacement, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Previous medical history of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, etc.; 3. Preoperative MMSE score < 20 points; 4. Incomplete clinical data; 5. Patients who cannot communicate normally; 6. Change the original treatment plan (such as admission to the ICU after surgery); 7. Lost to follow-up.
