Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects of this retrospective study were next-generation sequencing (NGS) of pathogenic microorganisms from December 1, 2021 to December 1, 2026 in Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong. No less than 1200 cases are expected to be collected according to the number of NGS tests submitted monthly and the statistical time.
