18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 18-70 years old; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. BMI 18-24 kg/m2; 4. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Severe heart and lung diseases; 5. History of local anesthetic allergy; 6. Those with a history of mental illness who are uncooperative and unable to express pain intensity through visual analogue scale (VAS); 7. History of chronic pain or long-term opioid use.
