18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes group: patients with type 2 proliferative diabetic retinopathy requiring surgical treatment; 2. Epiretinal membrane group: non-diabetic patients with epiretinal membrane who need surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagree with the participant; 2. Metabolic syndrome other than diabetes; 3. Systemic or ocular immune and inflammatory diseases; 4. History of eye trauma; 5. History of intravitreal anti-VEGF or steroid injection within 1 month; 6. Factors that may affect the level of heat shock protein 90 and necroptosis (such as pregnancy, breastfeeding, tumor diseases, acute and chronic inflammation, heart failure, hypertension, urinary tract stones, etc.).
