Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elevated D-D levels; 2. F4 and liver cirrhosis diagnosed by ultrasound or CT/MRI, liver pathology or other methods; 3. HBsAg positive for more than half a year, HBV DNA positive; 4. No history of antiviral treatment within half a year before enrollment; 5. The follow-up time is more than half a year; 6. Patients or guardians sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other diseases that can cause elevated plasma D-D levels, such as malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, primary blood system diseases, etc.; 2. Use anticoagulant or procoagulant drugs within half a year; 3. Combined with other liver diseases such as hepatotropic virus infection, drug-induced, alcohol-induced, toxic, genetic metabolic, autoimmune liver disease; 4. Liver cancer; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who have been diagnosed with PVT formation or embolism in other parts; 7. History of splenectomy, splenic embolization, shunt or TIPS; 8. Contraindications to the use of Entecavir or Ganshuang Granules; 9. Those who were followed up for less than half a year or died within three months.
