18 Years to 67 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Total hospitalization time >= 7 days; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. The patients and their families agreed to participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a mental illness; 2. Pressure sores have occurred on the patient's occiput; 3. Patients with pelvic fractures, cervical spine fractures, etc. cannot turn over; 4. The patient is extremely emaciated: BMI = 2; 7. The condition of the occiput cannot be observed when the head is bandaged.
