65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who signed the informed consent; 2. Patients aged 65-80 years old; 3. Patients with ASA grade II-III; 4. Patients with BMI of 19-27 kg/m2; 5. Coronary heart disease and non coronary heart disease patients who are scheduled for elective general anesthesia surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recent myocardial infarction (within 6 months); 2. Unstable angina pectoris; 3. Patients with a history of congenital heart disease; 4. Patients with history of cardiac surgery; 5. Patients with frequent ventricular or atrial premature beats, atrial fibrillation, heart conduction diseases and other serious arrhythmias; 6. Severe liver and kidney diseases; 7. Patients taking antiarrhythmic drugs in recent one week; 8. Patients with temporary or permanent pacemaker implantation.
