Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of AIS; 2. Between 40 and 80 years old; 3. Anterior circulation infarction caused by various reasons; 4. Thrombolysis and thrombectomy have not been performed, or thrombectomy has not been successful; 5. Patients with mild AIS (NIHSS = 6) and large vessel occlusion events in the anterior circulation (MRA or CTA shows large vessel occlusion or subtotal occlusion, or DSA shows TICI <= 2a).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver, kidney, lung, tumor and other diseases; 2. Patients with any form of cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Simple lacunar infarction or cerebral infarction caused by posterior circulation; 4. Taking antibiotics within 3 days before admission, major trauma or surgical events, inflammation, and glucocorticoid treatment history within 28 days; 5. Patients with stroke, thrombectomy and recanalization, and old infarction caused by infection, blood disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, and other causes; 6. Pregnant and lactating women, those who are allergic to the drugs used and those with mental disorders; 7. Diabetic patients.
