Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uterine prolapse; 2. Planning to undergo vaginal hysterectomy; 3. Age >= 18 years old, <= 75 years old; 4. ASA grade ?-?; 5. No language barriers; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous colorectal surgery; 2. Past history of gastric ulcer; 3. Combined with chronic intestinal diseases, such as intestinal tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis; 4. Patients who are participating in other clinical research.
