Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old and under 80 years old; 2. The research objects are patients with suspected myocardial ischemia; 3. The research subjects (or legal guardians) understand the research requirements and treatment procedures, and can provide written informed consent before performing specific examinations or procedures; 4. The research subjects are willing to comply with the clinical assessment required by the research protocol, including agreeing and being able to tolerate stress nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (exercise or adenosine triphosphate stress), coronary angiography, coronary blood flow reserve fraction determination and other examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The research objects are patients with myocardial infarction; 2. The research subjects are allergic to iodine contrast agent and adenosine; 3. The research subjects have definite or suspected liver diseases, including laboratory evidence of hepatitis; 4. The research subject is receiving dialysis or the baseline serum creatinine level is > 2.0 mg/dL (177 µmol/L); 5. Coronary angiography exclusion criteria: (1) Coronary angiography fractional flow reserve (caFFR) 50%; (3) The target coronary artery stenosis involves myocardial bridge; (4) Coronary ostium lesions; (5) The contrast agent is not filled, the blood vessels are overlapped or the target blood vessels are seriously distorted and the lesion position cannot be fully exposed, and the image quality is poor and cannot be clearly identified.
