18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-64 years old; 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for healthy people; 3. Voluntarily cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent; 4. Basic regularity of defecation (>= 2 stools per week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from medically observed diseases; 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. EcN strains have been taken orally in the past 12 months; 4. Have taken antibiotics, sulfa drugs or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 7 days; 5. Positive stool test for EcN at the beginning of the study.
