Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracic surgery patients who plan to undergo elective one-lung ventilation under general anesthesia in the left decubitus position, regardless of gender; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. ASA grade II-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty in intubation or mask ventilation may occur, that is, thyromental distance 30 kg/m2, etc.; 2. There is a clear history of difficult airway in the past; 3. Abnormal anatomy of the upper respiratory tract, previous history of tracheotomy.
