18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0; 3. The course of Sepsis is no more than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coronary heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, moderate or severe valvular disease, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other diseases that directly cause cardiac dysfunction; 2. Other diseases or treatments that affect cardiac dysfunction, such as chronic kidney disease, pulmonary thromboembolism and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignant tumors with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 3. Arrhythmia, such as atrial fibrillation, atrioventricular block; 4. Rapid clinical changes, echocardiography is not allowed; 5. Unable to obtain informed consent; 6. Poor image quality makes it difficult to complete the analysis.
