18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. ICU stay time > 24 h; 3. Patients meet one of the following conditions: (1) GCS = -2 or RASS <= 2).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with eye diseases in the past; 2. Positive corneal fluorescein staining for the first time on admission (EK exists); 3. Those who are using eye drops or eye ointment; 4. The patient is unable to cooperate with the assessment; 5. Patients or family members refuse to accept participation in the study.
