Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All included cases must meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes, diabetic foot, and Wagner grade 2-4 of diabetic foot; 2. All cases included in the study need to undergo lower extremity CTA examination to confirm the presence of arterial stenosis or occlusion below the knee; 3. All cases included in the study need to agree to receive tibial transverse bone transport surgery, and need to have good medical compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All cases included in the study underwent CTA examination of the lower extremities. If there is occlusion of arteries above the knee and there is no possibility of re-opening, it needs to be excluded; 2. When the patient is combined with severe pulmonary infection, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver and kidney dysfunction and other surgical contraindications, it needs to be excluded; 3. When the patient is combined with severe hypoalbuminemia, severe anemia and other surgical contraindications, it needs to be excluded; 4. When the patient has recently experienced acute complications of diabetes or has other serious complications of diabetes, it needs to be excluded; 5. When there are other reasons that cannot tolerate surgery, it needs to be excluded.
