Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older than 18 years old; 2. IAI is under control. ; 3. Pass SBT; 4. Patients with tracheal intubation removed for the first time; 5. LUS before extubation (that is, LUS at the end of SBT) > 14 points; 6. Hemodynamic stability for at least 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to furosemide; 2. Renal failure.
