Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients with hip fractures of the femoral neck, femoral trochanter, femoral intertrochanter or within 5 cm below the trochanter who are older than or equal to 65 years old; 2. Elective surgery for fracture treatment; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent with multiple injuries of the whole body; 2. Contraindications to anesthesia or surgery; 3. Unable to communicate effectively due to coma, dementia and other diseases before operation; 4. There are contraindications to esketamine; multiple operations during hospitalization; 5. Participate in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
