Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this clinical research and sign the informed consent; 2. Aged 18-70 years old; 3. The dry eye patient group must also meet the following criteria: clinical symptoms and signs of dry eye, and clinical examination results in line with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Dry Eye Expert Consensus (2020) (as follows): (1) Chinese dry eye questionnaire score >= 7 points, and the patient's BUT = 7 points, and when the patient's 5 = 5 points) can be diagnosed; 4. Normal healthy subjects group: no dry eye symptoms, BUT > 10 s, Schirmer I test greater than 10 mm/5 min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye allergy, infection, severe blepharitis and eye irritation unrelated to dry eye; 2. Punctal embolism; 3. Other topical or systemic drugs other than artificial tears are being used; 4. Use artificial tears 2 hours before the examination; 5. Have a history of wearing contact lenses in the past 1 month; 6. Those who have had eye surgery or eye trauma in the past 6 months; 7. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and systemic immune diseases; 8. Hormone replacement therapy for pregnant and lactating women, menopausal women; 9. Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 1 month.
