No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SBP 40 mmHg; 2. Lactic acid: greater than 2; 3. Urine volume: less than 0.5 ml/kg.h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients or their families refuse to be examined; 4. Brain death; 5. The life expectancy assessed by the study doctor is <= 24 hours; 6. Participated in other clinical trials within the first 30 days; 7. Suffering from malignant tumor.
