Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, or high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia confirmed by endoscopy and pathological diagnosis; 2. Age >= 18 years old and < 60 years old; 3. Those who have not received treatment in the last month and have not participated in clinical trials of new drugs; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; pass the hospital ethics review.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dyspepsia caused by organic diseases of the digestive system, such as peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, erosive gastritis (above grade 2), gastrointestinal tumors, gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory Enteropathy etc. Abnormalities found by hepatobiliary and pancreatic B-mode ultrasound, endoscopy, and laboratory examinations, with evidence of significant gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal inflammation (ulcer, erosion, bleeding), including melena, hematemesis, and palpable abdominal masses; 2. Progressive dysphagia and odynophagia, persistent vomiting, unconscious weight loss; 3. Systemic diseases that affect the motility of the digestive tract, such as diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, connective tissue disease, nervous system disease, etc.; 4. Those with a history of abdominal surgery (except appendectomy and cesarean section); 5. Immunodeficiency (such as leukemia, tumor patients, etc.), or those who have used immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids within the past 3 months; 6. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney (detection index ALT/AST exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value), abnormal endocrine system, and hematopoietic system, and blood tests suggest iron deficiency anemia; 7. Liver, kidney, heart and other major organs have non-tumor serious diseases and dysfunctions or blood and endocrine system lesions; 8. Disabled patients stipulated by law (blind, deaf, dumb, mentally handicapped, mentally handicapped, physically handicapped); 9. Pregnant (women of childbearing age with positive pregnancy test) or breastfeeding women, patients with recent family planning; 10. Suspect or have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 11. Severe anxiety and depression; 12. The researchers think it is not suitable to participate in clinical research.
