Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thyroid nodules undergoing pathological puncture or surgical resection in our hospital; 2. Thyroid nodules on palpation or ultrasonography, with or without lymphadenopathy; 3. Thyroid MRI scanning sequence is complete, including conventional T1WI and T2WI plain scan, T1WI dynamic enhanced scan, multi-b value DWI scan; 4. MRI scan within 2 weeks of surgical pathological examination or puncture pathology to obtain clear pathological results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No puncture or surgical resection within 2 weeks after the MRI scan to clarify the pathology; 2. Puncture, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, iodine-containing drug therapy and surgery have been performed before MRI scanning; 3. MRI images have obvious motion artifacts, which affect the diagnosis.
