Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as ischemic stroke or cerebral hemorrhage for the first time according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in China; 2. Age 18 to 85 years; 3. Stable vital signs, no serious speech cognitive impairment, simple communication and cooperation with fNIRS tasks; 4. I or my guardian voluntarily sign the informed consent form and are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected side has a history of peripheral neuropathy, limb trauma, fracture, muscle and tendon injury; 2. Thrombosis in the affected limb; 3. History of rheumatic diseases; 4. Severe mental symptoms, cognitive impairment or aphasia who cannot cooperate; 5. Severe infection, such as erysipelas, etc.; 6. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory, liver and kidney diseases with unstable clinical symptoms; 7. Those with a history of malignant tumors; 8. Those with a history of epileptic seizures; 9. Hemiplegic contralateral high-frequency rTMS treatment within one week.
