Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ICAS group: (1) Age 18-85 years; (2) The branches of Willis ring (ICA\MCA\ACA\PCA\BA or VA) were more than 50% or occluded by head MRA or CTA; (3) mRS <= 2 (0 means asymptomatic, 6 means dead); (4) Patients enrolled in PCSK9 inhibitor sub-study should meet the history of acute ischemic stroke on the symptomatic side (NIHSS score 1-15 within 7 days of onset); (5) Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form; 2. Healthy control group: (1) Age 18-85 years; (2) No branch vessels of Willis ring (ICA\MCA\ACA\PCA\BA or VA) were found in MRA or CTA of the head, which were more than 50% or occluded; (3) No history of stroke /TIA; (4) No cognitive impairment; (5) No history of brain trauma or brain tumor; (6) Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Extracranial vascular stenosis > 50%; 2. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (metal in the body, claustrophobia); 3.
