20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent statement; 2. Age 20-65 years old; 3. Elective lumbar surgery; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition classification I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any cerebrovascular accident occurred within 3 months, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc.; 2. History of severe cardiovascular, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Patients with higher risk of reflux and aspiration in the perioperative period; 4. Those who predict difficult airway; 5. History of chronic respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and asthma; 6. There is a history of allergy to the drug under study; 7. Recent lung infection, smoking and chronic cough, etc.; 8. History of opioid drug abuse or addiction.
