Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old, ASA I-II level; 2. Heart, liver, kidney and endocrine diseases; 3. Normal or slightly decreased lung function; 4. Patients who have not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and adjuvant immunotherapy before operation; 5. Radical mastectomy combined with axillary lymph node dissection was used in all operations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to erector spinae plane block; 2. Patients with secondary breast surgery; 3. Patients with severe organ failure; 4. Patients participating in other clinical intervention trials; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness; 6. Patients with morbid obesity (BMI > 40 kg/m2); 7. Patients with a history of narcotic drug abuse.
