Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Causes of muscle injury and muscle injury symptoms such as muscle weakness, swelling and pain, soy colored urine; 2. Serum creatine kinase (CK) level increased to more than 5 times the normal level; 3. Serum and urine myoglobin (MYO) levels were significantly increased.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chronic kidney disease; 2. Previous muscular nervous system myopathy; 3. Acute myocardial infarction; 4. Patients with a history of hypertension and diabetes for more than 10 years, and serum creatinine increased at admission, but did not decrease significantly after treatment; 5. Terminal stage of tumor or major disease affecting survival.
