Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with chronic HBV infection aged 18-40 years and/or healthy pregnant women in the first trimester; 2. Patients voluntarily participate in this study; 3. Cooperate with follow-up and inspection, and be able to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with other viral infections: such as HCV, HIV, CMV, etc.; 2. Pregnant women suffering from liver cirrhosis and liver cancer; 3. Pregnant women or their husbands have serious chronic diseases: cancer, recipients of bone marrow or organ transplants, recipients of blood preparations in the last 3 months, bleeding disorders, known congenital malformations or genetic defects, fetuses in the first and second trimesters ultrasound screening revealed abnormalities; 4. Suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. before pregnancy; 5. Her husband is positive for HBsAg and/or HBeAg; 6. Malignant tumors in pregnant women; 7. Allergy to milk or intolerance to probiotics; 8. There is a long-term plan to move out of Beijing within two years, and follow-up and sampling cannot be completed.
