Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of stroke conforms to the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China" and is diagnosed as stroke (cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage); 2. Age >= 60 years, course of disease >= 1 month, stable condition, male or female; 3. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale assessed mild cognitive impairment: 18 <= MOCA < 26; 4. Willing to cooperate with this investigator and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are seriously ill and are not easy to evaluate and check or can't cooperate well; 2. Patients with severe hearing impairment, visual impairment, mental illness and a history of epilepsy; 3. Patients with vertigo in the past; 4. Participate in clinical research on other cognitive functions at the same time.
