Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnosis of protein-energy depletion, that is, SGA <= 5 points; age 18-80 years old; 2. Regular hemodialysis for 4 hours 3 times a week, starting hemodialysis for more than 3 months; 3. Did not receive any nutritional support within 3 months, did not take prebiotics, probiotics and synbiotics and other foods that regulate intestinal flora; 4. No antibiotics, hormonal drugs and immunosuppressants have been used in the past half a month; oral intake is acceptable; 5. Willing to cooperate and accept the intervention, the subjects signed the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are intolerant to oral non-protein energy supplements and exercise; 2. Patients with amputation, severe angina pectoris, arrhythmia, and severe dyspnea; 3. Patients with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis, liver disease, and syphilis; 4. Patients with serious wasting diseases such as infection, malignant tumor, heart failure, peptic ulcer; 5. Patients with dementia, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses; 6. Patients who need surgical treatment; 7. Antibiotics, hormonal drugs and immunosuppressants were used during the experiment; 8. Those with incomplete information.
